Dr. LIVIU OLTEANU – Doctor of Laws cum laude on the Diplomacy in Action of the United Nations for Human Rights and Religious Liberty. Doctoral studies were carried out with Oxford University and University Complutense of Madrid. He is a researcher and professor, writer, visiting professor and keynote speaker at Harvard Law School, Complutense University of Madrid, the United Nations, the G-7, the G-20, and other regional organizations; he is Coordinator and Co-Organizer with the H.E. Dr. Adama Dieng of the First (2016) & Second (2019) Global Summit ‘Religion, Peace, Security’ held at United Nations Palais des Nations in Geneva; he is the Permanent Representative at the United Nations in Geneva, New York and Vienna, and Representative at the Council of Europe, at the European Parliament, at the OSCE, the Secretary General of the AIDLR & Director of Public Affairs and Religious Liberty at the General Conference Inter-European Division, Switzerland, since 2011 to 2021.
