Who We Are
Born out of compassion. Grown into a global platform.
A4D (Ambassadors for Dignity and Freedom International Foundation) began its journey under the name Pro Vivere Dignum, as a series of humanitarian projects reaching hearts and communities in need — starting with initiatives in Uganda, Africa, and continuing in Romania and Spain.
Over time, as its vision deepened, the foundation evolved into a global platform for education, diplomacy, dialogue, and development — extending its mission from helping lives to shaping minds and inspiring institutions.

President – Prof. Dr. Liviu Olteanu
Founder, President & CEO of A4D, Dr. Olteanu is a Doctor of Laws specializing in Diplomacy of the United Nations for Human Rights and Religious Liberty; Professor and researcher at Complutense University of Madrid; post-doctoral research and Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School/RCC Harvard University; scholarship at Oxford University; and Visiting Professor & Academic Ambassador for Bugema University.
He has been keynote speaker at the UN, the G-20, the G-7 and the Council of Europe, and is the author of 14 books.
